Wellness Warriors is an engaging, comprehensive curriculum written and facilitated by The Oaks Therapeutic Community that teaches participants about practical ways to build brain health and live out The Oaks’ research-based wellness model!

Life presents many challenges that prevent us from bringing our best self to school each day. Teams operate most effectively when each member functions at their strongest capacity. Using our research-based Wellness Model, we teach participants how to make choices that strengthen their ability to stay well. We share practical coping strategies for building resilience and help team members stay within their window of stress tolerance, enhancing their ability to focus on learning.
Curriculum
The curriculum contains 12 lessons that help children and teens explore the many ways they can care for one of their body's most important organs- their brain! Our mental health is strongly dependent on the health of our brain.
